New Life Doulas provide full spectrum fourth trimester support. We are committed to the health and well-being of the entire family and offer expert knowledge and care in the days and weeks following the birth of your baby.

Free New Parent Group Class in Connecticut

Price: $80 per couple

Day & Time: Saturday, from 9:30am to 11:30am 

Note: This one-session, in-person class reviews normal growth and development in infants from birth to 6 months of age. It is a fun, interactive class that will help reduce any anxiety you might be feeling. Activities include hands-on demonstrations and opportunities for practicing swaddling, diapering, and other infant care. This class may be taken during pregnancy or shortly after giving birth. It is also appropriate for couples adopting a newborn baby.

Day & Time: Wednesday, 11:00am to 1:00pm

Open to the public, community and support for new families.

Private Newborn Care Session: 2 Hours

Current Clients (with a signed contract): $150

Non-Clients: $200

This 2-hour, private session will take place in your own home. It reviews the normal growth and development in infants from birth to 6 months of age. It is a fun, interactive session that will help reduce any anxiety you might be feeling. It is also appropriate for couples adopting a newborn baby. 

This class may be taken during pregnancy or shortly after giving birth. Clients are welcome to include siblings, grandparents, nannies…really anyone who will be helping you with your new bundle of joy.

Meal Prep Doulas: 4 Hours

Give the gift of nourished motherhood.

Let our Meal Prep Doulas prepare delicious and nutritious food for you while you take care of your newborn. Our Meal Prep Doulas will come 2x a week to prepare meals for you and your family. They will work in your home for 3-4 hours each time.

*Groceries will need to be ordered and paid for by the client. You’re welcome to use instacart to have your groceries delivered, order your groceries to be picked up or have us shop for you. Our doulas are paid hourly, so the price of your doula may be slightly increased for the time spent grocery shopping or picking up groceries. *
